This notice describes the limited information handling associated with Lynxee’s current pre-launch website and authenticated prototypes.

AskLynxee.com is a pre-launch website with limited authenticated prototypes. It does not currently provide connected loyalty or card accounts, live consumer booking, or payment processing.
Saved travel profile
If you use the authenticated travel-profile prototype, Lynxee stores only the profile facts you explicitly confirm, such as household composition, preferences, program names, card product names and stated reward information. Do not enter card numbers, security codes or other payment credentials. You can clear individual profile categories or the entire saved profile from the prototype.
Information you provide
If you contact Lynxee by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company and message. We use it to respond, discuss early access or partnerships, and maintain relevant correspondence.
Technical information
Website hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps and security logs. Essential storage or cookies may be used where necessary for site delivery, security or domain functionality.
Sharing and retention
Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting, security and email, subject to their applicable terms. We do not sell personal information collected through this pre-launch website. We retain correspondence and technical records only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, security, recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Future products
Future Lynxee products may require additional information or authorized account connections to personalize comparisons, support rewards or enable booking. Those features are not currently available. Lynxee will provide appropriate notice and update this policy before introducing materially different collection or use.
